Our Club was created in 1928 by former pupils from Brockley County Grammar School, which closed some thirty years ago. We are now a community sports club, in partnership with the neighbouring Eltham Green Sports Academy and supported by Greenwich Borough Council. Under these arrangements we are fortunate to be able to use the School’s excellent indoor net facilities
We field two Saturday sides, in Kent Division 5 and Feeder League 2A, and run one Sunday ‘non league’ side. Whilst the will to win always exists this is not at all costs. Whatever the outcome of matches, we always endeavour to keep smiling and socialize to the full!
Being within the Kent leagues structure we often find ourselves playing in picturesque rural settings. Our ground does not fit this description but, located at the junction of Eltham Palace Road and Middle Park Avenue (SE9 5LX), it is easily reached. We are within walking distance of Kidbrooke and Mottingham BR Stations. The 160 bus stops outside the ground and buses No 321, 122 and D16 stop nearby.
Winter nets have now started at Eltham Green School Middle Park Ave Eltham SE9 on wednesday nights from 7.30pm until 9pm hope to see you then.
